The B3auty Box will offer exchanges as long as the items purchased meet the following conditions:
Products must be returned in original, new and unused conditions with all original packaging and accessories.

Products returned for an exchange must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee when sending item back.
Products not eligible for exchange will be returned at customer’s expense.
ALL exchanges should be sent to an address provided after the customer makes the exchange inquiry.
Please attach a note in the inquiry including your order number and tracking number & item you wish to exchange for. We strongly advise that you include insurance for your items in case any carrier issues occur.
Processing takes up to 7 business days, with an additional 2-5 days for shipping. Express shipping is sent out within the next day delivery via USPS. Priority shipping takes 2-5 days with USPS.
After receiving tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 48 hrs.
The B3auty Box is not responsible for lost/stolen packages that are not insured. Only packages tendered through FedEx Ground are insurable
